Terms of Service
By using Stone Vision, you confirm that you use the service in connection with professional or business activity and that you have rights to uploaded materials.
Scope
Stone Vision is provided as a B2B service for natural stone sales and presentation workflows. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with local law and your internal policies.
Billing and taxes
Checkout and recurring billing are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record where applicable. For such transactions, Paddle acts as seller of record and issues tax invoice or receipt where required by applicable law and transaction type.
You may manage subscription status through billing portal access provided in the application. Access entitlements are synchronized to account metadata.
Content and acceptable use
You retain rights to your input and output content, but you grant Stone Vision a limited license to process it for service delivery, security, support, and reliability. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, or unauthorized materials.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stone Vision excludes indirect and consequential damages and limits aggregate liability to fees paid for the preceding 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are subject to courts competent for Warsaw, Poland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
